This cozy bungalow, suitable for 6 people, is located in the beautiful resort of Marbella estate and has a private swimming pool.

There is ample space for 2 cars for the bungalow. When you enter the home, you immediately notice that a great deal of attention has been paid to the interior. The living room and kitchen are in one and through a sliding door you have access to a cozy terrace.

The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with bathroom en suite and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet.

In the backyard you can relax and use the meals under the large palapa (thatched parasol). This property has its own pool pool itself, but you are welcome to use the large private swimming pool of the resort. This pool has lovely loungers and an outdoor shower. Of course the house has a free WIFI connection

By car you are in several minutes on the beach of Jan Thiel with all its water (sports) possibilities and where you can choose from several restaurants.

For a family with a modest budget this house is an absolute winner.

The owner also has a Hyundai Tucson available for €45,- per day.

NB: The villa is suitable for wheelchair users.
