This luxurious 6-person villa is located in the cozy, secured resort of Marbella Estate.

The villa is slightly set back from the road, so there is a lot of privacy. The spacious driveway, closed by an electric gate, has room for 1 rental car. Outside the gate there is space for 2 more cars

The white villa is located in the middle of a tropical garden, surrounded by large palm trees, giving you the absolute tropical feeling right away. There are 3 bedrooms with lots of closet space and 3 bathrooms. The spacious living room has a lounge area and a large sliding door at the back, giving you the wonderful indoor = outdoor feeling.

The modern kitchen with granite worktop is fully equipped, so preparing a cozy meal is no problem.

The living room has large sliding doors through which the living room opens onto the covered terrace and garden. On the terrace there is a lovely lounge and a large dining table where you can enjoy your meals with a view over the garden and pool. Of course you have access to the free WIFI connection throughout the villa.

Around the pool with built-in jacuzzi, loungers invite you to enjoy the sun and tropical sounds and if you don't feel like the sun, you can relax in the shade under the palapa.

The beach of Jan Thiel with all its restaurants, supermarket and beach fun can be reached by car within 5 minutes. In short, the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
