In the cozy, guarded resort Marbella Estate is this nice 6-person villa situated with a beautiful private swimming pool.

In front of the villa you can easily park on site.
When you enter the villa you will find the newly furnished living room with open kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet.

Through a slider you will find the spacious pool deck and new private swimming pool where you can sunbathing on the laid-back sun loungers. At the head of the pool is a large palapa (parasol covered with palm leaves) where you will find a lounge set and a dining table. Under a palapa, the palm leaves provide a cool shadow. And is it still hot? Then prepare a cool drink at the bar which is also located under the palapa.
Of course, you have access to the free WIFI connection throughout the villa and in the garden.

Marbella Estate is located on the Caracas Bay Road and is only several minutes away from Jan Thiel Beach where you will find many (water) sports possibilities, a gym, supermarket, some small boutiques and several restaurants. So fun and relaxation for young and old.

The owner also has a Hyundai Tucson available for €45 per day.

NB: The villa is suitable for wheelchair users.
