The villa is located in the luxurious Vista Royal district and can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The garden is completely walled and via an electrically operated gate you enter the private grounds where 2 cars can be parked generously.

On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom and 4 spacious double bedrooms that share 2 bathrooms.

You reach the 1st floor via an indoor staircase. On this floor you will find the spacious living room with the open kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is fully equipped and preparing a delicious meal is no problem.

In the living room you can follow the news on the flat-screen TV and of course you have free WiFi throughout the house. Through sliding doors you walk onto the covered terrace (40m2) with an adjacent pool deck with two sun terraces and the swimming pool (8x4 meters). From this terrace you have a beautiful view over the Vista Royal district with the Caribbean Sea in the background.

Jan Thiel beach is about an 8-minute walk. Here you will find several small boutiques, a casino, supermarket and various restaurants. In short, a wonderful house for the whole family.
