In the heart of the luxurious Vista Royal district, this elegant villa was built under the architecture of Michael Durgaram. The appearance and style of the villa are unique to this district where it is highly taken into account that one has a fantastic sea view on the terrace.

There is ample room for 2 cars on site. In the garden you will find the design salt water swimming pool with pool bar, a lounge area and a BBQ area. Also in the garden is the cozy, fully furnished guest house. With a 2-person bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons and fully equipped kitchen, this living space is ideal for families traveling together and (grand) parents. You pay an additional surcharge for renting the guesthouse and if you do not rent it, it will remain closed. The guest house is not rented separately.

Via a staircase in the garden you reach the first floor of the main building. Here you will find a huge, covered terrace where you can lounge and enjoy 10 people at the large "tree-trunk" table of meals. The living room is generous with a well-equipped and fully equipped open kitchen. There is also a guest toilet here.

Via a covered walkway you reach the sleeping quarters. There are three 2-person bedrooms. 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom en-suite and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The beach of Jan Thiel with all its (water) sports, restaurants and beach fun as well as the supermarket are several minutes walk from the villa.
