Description

This lovely, sunny villa with a lovely tropical garden and private pool is located in the cozy, guarded resort of Marbella Estate. Because the villa is a bit higher, it is wonderfully windy, so that there is always a pleasant breeze blowing through the house. The resort consists of many beautiful bungalows with a centrally located large communal swimming pool with lovely sun loungers.

The private area offers you ample space for parking your rental car. You can take the stairs up as well as along the villa to the back, making the villa ideal for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties and cannot walk stairs. You enter the cozy living room with open kitchen, both of which are fully equipped. Of course you have access to the free WiFi connection throughout the house.

Villa Seahorse has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 separate double bedrooms that both share 1 bathroom. Of course, all bedrooms have air conditioning and a safe.

At the back of the villa is the cozy garden with the swimming pool. A beautiful palapa (thatched parasol) has been built on an elevation, under which you can sit in the shade during the warm hours. A dining table provides you with a nice place to enjoy your meals and you can enjoy the sun in the sun loungers around the pool.

The owner has a Kia Sorento that you can rent at the villa for €48,- per day. It is a vending machine and a child seat is available free of charge if desired.

The villa is close to the back entrance of the resort and it is an 18-minute walk from the beach of Jan Thiel with its many (water) sports, restaurants, supermarket and various cozy boutiques.
