This beautiful, very well maintained villa, Villa Toucan, is located in the luxurious residential area of ​​Vista Royal. The beach of Jan Thiel with all its beach and sea fun, the supermarket and many restaurants are a short walk from the villa.

The plot is completely walled and there is ample space to park 2 cars in the shade on site.

You enter the large living room with open kitchen with island. The living room has a lovely lounge corner with TV and a cozy dining table. You can enjoy the free WIFI here, but also in the rest of the villa.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. There is a double door refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, microwave, oven, dishwasher and so on.
