The villa is spread over two floors. The first floor features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, and SONOS sound system. The open kitchen with a large island is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso and coffee machines, microwave, juicer, Nutribullet, toaster, sandwich maker, and a large American fridge with ice dispenser. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
On this floor, the luxury master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors that open to the hardwood pool deck. The centerpiece is the beautiful infinity pool filled with mineral water, perfect for sensitive skin and children. The terrace includes adjustable sun loungers, a 12-person dining table, a covered lounge area with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
The ground floor offers five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms accessible via an open staircase and gallery. All bedrooms have ample closet space and beds measuring 2.10 meters. Additionally, there is a gym with high-end equipment and a media room with a flat screen TV.
Behind the villa is a palapa with hammocks and lounge seating, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical sounds. Children can safely play on the artificial grass mat.
