You’ll enter through an electric gate onto a fully walled property with private parking for several cars. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a spacious living room welcomes you with high ceilings, shuttered windows, a cozy lounge area, flat-screen TV, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge.

Five double bedrooms with extra-long beds (2.20 m) and three modern bathrooms are located along a central hallway. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the large terrace.

This apartment can be rented for an extra fee and remains unoccupied if not booked—privacy is guaranteed.
