Welcome to Sea Diamond – a set of four stylish luxury villas designed by Dutch interior guru Eric Kuster, located in sunny Vista Royal near Jan Thiel. These villas blend classic charm with modern vibes, all in a relaxed tropical setting. Whether you're coming with friends, family, or a group, this boutique resort is the perfect place to unwind in style.

Each villa sits on a spacious 850 m² private lot with parking for two cars and access through an electric gate. Inside, you’ll find a bright and cozy living room with an open kitchen and cooking island. The kitchen’s got everything you need – Nespresso, oven, microwave, blender, and a fridge with ice dispenser.

Large doors open to a lovely veranda with sea views, a private pool, comfy loungers, shade sails, and a chill lounge area. On the main level, there’s one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and a game room. The fourth bedroom is separate in the garden – great for guests who want extra privacy. Every bedroom has a TV and the whole villa has fast, free WiFi.

Out in the garden, there’s a covered outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge and BBQ, plus a palapa for shady hangouts. Guests can also use shared extras like a gym, a game room with PlayStation, ping pong and foosball tables. Want a massage, babysitter, or private tour? The villa team’s happy to help. Need more space? Each villa can host up to 10 guests on request.

Sea Diamond is perfect for weddings, business trips, or big family getaways. All four villas together can host up to 40 guests, and there’s even a large kitchen space for group dinners. Kids under 2 stay for free. Just bring your flip-flops – everything else is here.
