The fully walled property offers parking space for two cars. The living room and modern kitchen are located on the first floor, providing a perfect spot to relax or watch the chef at the cooking island. Large sliding doors lead out to the pool deck where you can enjoy the sun, shade, and swimming pool. There is a fully equipped BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen and dining table.

On this floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms overlooking the pool, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom features a bathtub and walk-in closet. Seven steps down leads to the lower floor with three additional bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. The villa also includes a laundry room with washing machine.
