Villa Boaz is a luxurious, very charming villa just a 3-minute walk from the supermarket and the beach of Jan Thiel.

The villa was originally built so that it could be rented in two separate units. Now both sides have been merged, creating a large, double villa. And then doubly in the true sense of the word. The mirrored living halves offer plenty of space, an enormous double kitchen with cooking island and all the kitchen appliances you would expect from a luxury villa, such as microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The large double living room has two lovely lounge areas where you can watch TV and, just like in the rest of the villa, use the free WIFI.

French doors on both sides of the kitchen lead to a covered terrace with dining table where you can enjoy your meals with a view of the swimming pool.

On the first floor you will find 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite and a small balcony with seating. From this spot you have a beautiful view over the Vista Royal district. The other 4 bedrooms share 2 complete bathrooms with rain shower and toilet.

In the garden you have several sun loungers at your disposal so that you can enjoy the sun and if you do not want the sun for a while, you will find shade under the large covered lounge area. The private pool completes the holiday feeling.
