Description

This lovely penthouse is located on the top floor of the beautiful villa Beluga. You reach this penthouse through a private entrance where a staircase takes you to the top floor. Once you are at the top you have a beautiful view of the Jan Thiel Bay. You can easily walk there to do some shopping or to have a drink, lunch or dinner at one of the cozy restaurants on the beach.

The penthouse has a spacious living room with a luxurious open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, refrigerator with ice cubes, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a combi microwave.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa with smart TV and both inside and outside you have good reception of the free WIFI.

From the living room you walk onto the pool deck. Here is a robust dining table with comfortable chairs where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the swimming pool and the surroundings.

The magna pool contains no chlorine and is equipped with a jet stream, bubbles and a lowered part which is very suitable for small children. In the pool you can relax with a nice drink at the bar under the palapa. If you want to rinse off, you can do so in the outdoor shower, where you will also find a toilet. Next to the palapa is a staircase that leads down to the tropical garden. Here you will also find the entrance to the fintness room that you can use (for free).

The 5 spacious bedrooms with box spring beds are located around the living room and all 5 are equipped with a walk in closet and air conditioning. 3 Bedrooms have their own, full bathroom with toilet en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

As an extra luxury, this penthouse contains a washing facility (with washing machine and dryer).
