Description

Apartment Coco Tree is a luxuriously furnished apartment on the ground floor of the 4th block of apartments on Boca Gentil.

The apartment is equipped for 6 people. The spacious living room has a dining area, a nice sitting area and a flat-screen TV on which you can receive all Dutch channels. Of course you have free WIFI reachable everywhere.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a double-door refrigerator with ice cube dispenser and a Nespresso coffee machine, oven and microwave. The washing machine is in the utility room.

There are 3x double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have plenty of closet space. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway.

Through the large sliding doors you step onto the covered terrace where there is a spacious dining table and a nice seating area. Here you have a fantastic view of the sea. The communal swimming pool is located 30 meters from the terrace, so a refreshing dip is quickly made.

All amenities of Jan Thiel Beach are approximately a 5-minute walk away, such as a supermarket, casino, several restaurants, boutiques, diving school and of course a wonderful beach that makes your holiday complete.
