Penthouse Serenity is luxurious with a view over Vista Royal and the Caribbean Sea.

This 5 bedroom penthouse is located on the 1st floor of the beautiful villa Serenity. The villa was built in 2022 and offers you a lot of luxury for a sporty but also a relaxing holiday.

Via a lazy indoor staircase with its own entrance you reach the 1st floor. The cozy and modern atmosphere of the living room immediately gives you that holiday feeling. In the living room you will find a lovely sofa, large screen TV and luxurious open kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and climate refrigerator. Of course you have a good range of (free) WIFI in the living room, but also in the rest of the penthouse.

From the living room you walk onto the pool deck where you will find the beautiful magna swimming pool (pool water without chlorine) with bubbles and a jet stream for those who want to do some sporty "lengths". There is a shallow end in the pool so that small children can play in the water. At the bar in the pool you can enjoy a drink with a view over the surroundings and you can enjoy meals together at the spacious outdoor dining table.

To keep fit, you can retire to the fitness room that is freely available.

The penthouse has 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have a full bathroom en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer which you can use freely.
