This modern, sleekly furnished 8-person villa with a spacious, completely walled garden is located just an 8-minute walk from the beach of Jan Thiel Beach. Up to 4 cars can be parked on site behind the electric fence.

The villa itself consists of 2 floors. Downstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet en-suite. On the first floor there is the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. You will also find the swimming pool here with a spacious pool deck with sunbeds and you can enjoy a BBQ at the outdoor table on this level and enjoy the setting sun. Of course you have good range of the free WIFI connection throughout the villa.

The beach of Jan Thiel Beach is within walking distance and here you can enjoy the beach, the many water sports options, the restaurants and the Happy Hours. There is a supermarket, casino and some shops on the beach.
