This wonderful family villa, Villa Joy, is located in the beautiful Vista Royal district. The name says it all: fun for everyone.

The garden is completely walled and offers space for several cars. There are two spacious parking spaces under a roof so that the car is nicely shaded.

Then you come to the pool deck where the spacious private swimming pool is located. There are several sun loungers around the pool so that sun worshipers can enjoy the warmth. And don't you want to be in the sun for a while? Then the palapa (thatched roof) offers a wonderful lounge area in the shade.

You can enter the villa from the pool and you will find 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have access to the pool deck through patio doors. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and ample closet space.

On the first floor is the spacious living room with sitting area and widescreen TV with all Dutch channels. The open kitchen with island is fully equipped and preparing a delicious meal is no problem. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine which can be used freely and an extra guest toilet.

From the living room you step onto the spacious balcony from where you have a beautiful view of the surroundings and the swimming pool. There is a large dining table for 8 people, so this is the perfect place for good food or drinks.

Next to the villa is a separate apartment, fully equipped for 2 people.. There is a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. In front of the apartment is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The availability of this separate accommodation is ideal for families traveling together.

The beach of Jan Thiel with all its restaurants, beach bars, nice boutiques and supermarket is within a generous walking distance of the villa. In short: a wonderful place for a nice holiday.
