This beautiful, modern villa with a great panoramic view is located at the highest point of the luxury residential area of ​​Bottelier.

As soon as you enter the villa you will be impressed. In the living room, the entire wall to the pool can be slid away, which immediately gives you the tropical indoor = outdoor feeling. From the living room you can look over the entire Botelier area with the salt pans of Jan Thiel in the background.

The living room has a luxurious kitchen with cooking island which is equipped with a large American fridge with ice cube dispenser, a microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.

From the living room/kitchen you look over the terrace to the private swimming pool. The shaded terrace is equipped with a large dining table with space for at least 8 people and a luxurious lounge set. There are several sun loungers around the pool so that sun worshipers can enjoy the tropical temperatures.

On the terrace there is also a sturdy outdoor kitchen with Green Egg that you can use with pleasure.

There are 3x double bedrooms in the villa. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
There is also a TV room where you can work quietly on your laptop.

Downstairs, on the left side of the villa is the 4th double room with private bathroom and terrace. This studio can be rented at an additional cost.
