This beautiful 8-person villa is located in the luxury and new neighborhood of Vista Royal, within walking distance of the beach of Jan Thiel. The villa has a fantastic view over the surroundings of Vista Royal and Jan Thiel.

On the first floor is the cozy living room with sitting area and flat screen TV and you have a view of the open kitchen with all amenities. Through the French doors you enter the spacious balcony with a long dining table where you can enjoy the meals while enjoying the fantastic view.
Also located on this floor a double bedroom with private bathroom.

On the ground floor are the other three 2-person bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a laundry room where you can use the washing machine and dryer.

From the pool deck of the private swimming pool, where you can lounge and enjoy the sun, you have a beautiful view.

The beach of Jan Thiel is several minutes walk. Here you will find in addition to all the beach and sea fun also a supermarket, gym, several restaurants and some nice boutiques. In short, a wonderful villa for a nice holiday.
