Villa Sunbeam

This villa, Villa Sunbeam, was completed in August 2018 and is located in the heart of the beautiful Vista Royal district. As soon as you arrive you are surprised by the beautiful, sleek design of the villa where you can relax with 10 people. The villa is completely walled and there is ample space for various cars on site.

On the ground floor you will find 3 spacious double bedrooms. All bedrooms have enough cupboard space and have their own bathroom en-suite.

Via an indoor staircase you will reach the 1st floor. Here you will find another 2 luxury double bedrooms, both with their own bathroom and suite. Also on this floor the spacious living room with open kitchen which is equipped with a cooking island and all the luxury you can expect from this accommodation. Of course you have free WiFi here and in the rest of the villa.

Through large sliding doors you walk onto the pool deck where you can enjoy the sun in the sun loungers next to the pool. From here you have a great view over the neighborhood and you can see the sun setting in the sea. Under a canopy there is a lounge corner and a large dining table where you can enjoy meals.

Jan Thiel's beach is only a 6 minute walk away. Here you will find next to all the beach and sea fun 8 restaurants, a supermarket, gym, doctor's office and various small booklets. In short: total holiday pleasure.
