This lovely, comfortably furnished villa, villa Yellow Sun, is located in the heart of the Vista Royal district.

You have ample space to park your rental car on your own property. Immediately upon arrival you will notice the beautiful, mature garden. This gives you a lot of privacy.

The living room is spacious and furnished with a lovely sitting area with flat screen TV, a spacious dining table and an open kitchen which is of course fully equipped. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Through the living room you have access to the 3 luxurious double bedrooms. These are spacious and have sufficient cupboard space. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace through sliding doors. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 of these bedrooms also has direct access to the terrace through a door.

The walls of the living room are largely made of glass doors that you can slide away. This allows you to easily step onto the terrace, which also has a dining table and a lovely lounge. The beautiful private swimming pool is lovely in the sun. There are several sun loungers around the pool and if you want to laze in the shade, enjoy the gazebo with mattress.

Jan Thiel beach with various restaurants and trendy beach clubs is within walking distance of the villa. At the beach you will also find a supermarket for your daily groceries, some shops and a gym.

If you come with two families, you could rent the Waterworld villa. The gardens of these two villas are connected by a gate.

NB: The covered terrace can be closed off with gates, so that children cannot reach the pool unnoticed
