Description

On the edge of the luxurious Vista Royal district is the villa with a great sea view located. From the pool deck you have a wide view of the Caribbean Sea and the Caracas Bay.

As soon as you enter the site through the electrically operated gate, you are impressed by the tasteful architecture of the villa. You can park generously 2 cars within the gate.

The villa consists of 2 floors . On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathroom en-suite.
Via a lazy staircase you reach the first floor and you enter the pleasantly furnished living room. The large glass sliding doors can be opened wonderfully, giving you the pleasant indoor = outdoor feeling. The living room has a lounge area with SONOS sound system and of course you have access to the free WIFI.
The open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped and preparing a meal is no problem at all.

On this level there are 4 double bedrooms and each bedroom has its own complete bathroom en-suite. The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of closet space.

Through the living room you can walk onto the large pool deck where you can relax in the cozy lounge corner and where you can enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table. All this with a view of the private pool. There are lazy lounge chairs around the pool so you can enjoy the tropical sun. And if you do not feel like the sun, then you can retreat under the large palapa where you can relax in the shade.

Jan Thiel beach is within walking distance of the villa. In addition to all the beach and sea fun, Jan Thiel Beach also offers a wide choice of restaurants and beach clubs. You can also buy your daily groceries at the supermarket and for gym enthusiasts you can sign up at the Challenge gym.
