This luxurious holiday residence for 4 persons is located on the ground floor in the beautiful Spanish Water Marina & Residence. The beautifully furnished terrace borders directly on the garden with lots of tropical vegetation and a lawn, making it wonderfully cool on the terrace. In the garden is the communal swimming pool, surrounded by several sunbeds that you can use freely. The terrace of the swimming pool is adjacent to the Spanish Water where you can dream away with a view of the various boats.

The apartment has been completely renovated with luxury materials and newly furnished.

The open kitchen has everything you would expect from a luxury kitchen, such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso and so on. From the kitchen you can look straight into the living room where you will find a dining table and sitting area with TV. Of course you have access to the free WIFI here and in the entire apartment.

The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with plenty of closet space and a TV. The bedroom has a luxurious bathroom en suite. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with toilet. The beds in this room can be separated if desired.

There is a washing machine and dryer that you can use freely.

From the living room you walk onto the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the tropical sounds in the shade with a view of the swimming pool and the Spanish Water.

Jan Thiel beach with its cozy restaurants and beach clubs are a few minutes by car from the accommodation, next to the beach there are also some shops and a supermarket
