Built against a hill, the villa offers expansive views of Seru Bottelier and a refreshing breeze throughout the day, both inside and on the terrace. Large windows create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings fully.
The villa has two floors with four double bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy for all guests. On the upper level (street level) you’ll find the spacious living room with seating area and flat-screen TV including Dutch channels BVN and NPO 1, 2, and 3, as well as the luxurious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a large double-door fridge with ice dispenser.
From the terrace with a large dining table, you can enjoy spectacular views of the neighborhood, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Downstairs, accessed via an internal staircase, are three additional double bedrooms with bathrooms and access to the generous pool deck and swimming pool. The pool area includes comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor bar, BBQ with kitchen, and lounge area.
Willemstad is approximately 15 minutes by car and Jan Thiel Beach with its restaurants and water sports is just 5 minutes away.
