Located in the new residential area of the luxury Jan Sofat resort, this fantastic modern villa Sandpie offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay. There is ample parking space for two cars on the private grounds. Inside, the bright living room impresses with high Caribbean-style ceilings. A cozy lounge sofa in front of the large Smart TV provides a perfect place to relax when you want a break from the sun.

The fully equipped open kitchen includes all luxury appliances you would expect, and above the counter is a large window overlooking the eight-person dining table on the terrace. The villa has three spacious bedrooms: the master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms have shutters for perfect control of light and breeze and offer ample storage space.

Large sliding doors from the living room open onto the spacious terrace and pool deck.
