The living room features a luxury kitchen with island, fully equipped with a large American fridge with ice dispenser, microwave, oven, and Nespresso machine. From the kitchen and living room, you overlook the terrace and private swimming pool, surrounded by several sun loungers perfect for relaxing.

The terrace, mostly shaded, offers a large dining table for at least 8 guests and a luxury lounge set. There is also a sturdy outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg BBQ for enjoyable evenings.

The villa contains three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a TV room, ideal for quiet work or relaxation.

On the ground floor, a studio for 2 persons with its own bathroom and terrace is available for an additional fee.
